Is the rate quoted per cottage?

Rates are quoted on a per cottage per week basis unless otherwise specified. Some cottages may be advertised for short breaks, for example,  3 or 5 day breaks. Taxes and fees are included unless otherwise specified

At what stage is payment made?

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable once your booking is confirmed. Your booking is then subject to our terms and conditions. Please read Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking.

In what currency is payment taken?

We take payment in Euros.

Can I book a short break?

Short Breaks are breaks from 3 to 5 nights during the off season. Prices are unique to the individual cottage and are advertised on our website. Additional nights can be added at an additional cost. Last Minute Breaks are short breaks up to 3 nights available at any time of year, subject to acceptance. Last Minute Breaks are bookable within one week of the start date of the holiday and prices are unique to the individual cottage. Christmas and New Year Breaks are short breaks up to 5 nights. They are bookable at any time of the year for Christmas and New Year week.  Prices are unique to the individual cottage and are advertised on our website. Additional nights can be added at an additional cost.

What happens if we want to make changes to our holiday?

In the first instance please call us to discuss the changes. If it’s possible to accommodate them, we’ll be happy to help. Changes to an already booked holiday involve extra administration and require us to contact the owner of the holiday property. To cover these additional costs we ask the holidaymaker to pay an administration fee of €25.

Is bed linen supplied?

Please see individual cottage information regarding bed linen as it may differ from cottage to cottage.

Is there an additional charge for electricity, gas and oil?

Please see individual cottage information regarding charges for electricity, gas and oil as they may differ from cottage to cottage. Some cottages include these costs in the rental price, while others have an additional charge.

How early do I need to book?

We would recommend that you book as early as possible, particularly for  July and August as this is when the schools in Ireland close for holidays.

Will I have to check in on a Saturday?

The cottages check in days are flexible throughout the year but there might be some exceptions during the summer months where most cottages are rented on a Saturday-Saturday basis.

What time can I check-in?

Normal check-in time is 4pm. We would recommend that you email or call the agent to advise them of the time you will be arriving is it is after 4pm.

Where do I collect the keys?

Keys collection details will be supplied upon final payment.

What time do I have to check-out?

Check-out time is between 10am and 12pm depending on the cottage.
