The large, bright and spacious entrance hall leads in to a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area and a comfortable lounge with leather sofas, large screen TV, wood burning stove and Double doors looking out on to the patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including American style fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, Aga range cooker, dishwasher, and microwave. The adjacent utility room houses the washer and dryer. There is a back door here out on to the patio area. Back in to main hallway and down to your right is a beautifully furnished children’s play room with comfy couch, children’s toys and a large TV. Bedroom 1 is large double bedroom with garden views, and a large guest bathroom with walk in shower completes the down stairs accommodation. The large wooden stair case leads up to 3 well-furnished bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a super-king with en-suite bathroom including shower, WC and sink and offers countryside views.
