The house is situated within a ten-minute walk of Clifden town square, which is surrounded by a mix of bars, restaurants, shops, and services. The rear garden and deck offer a wonderful space to relax after a busy day exploring the region.  Short breaks are available all year round. Clifden is a bustling market town in beautiful Connemara and offers a perfect base when exploring the region, while still being located close to all services, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Clifden is located on the Wild Atlantic Way, and you are a just a short drive from a selection of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many beaches dotted along the coastline and some of the more popular beaches can be found at Cleggan, Claddaghduff, Renvyle, Ballyconneely, and Roundstone. There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn, including the Connemara Greenway, Derrigimlagh Loop walk, and the various walking trails throughout Connemara National Park. Local activities include fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more. Festivals of note in Clifden town are Clifden Arts Festival, The Connemara Pony Festival, Clifden Traditional Music Festival, and many more throughout the year.

3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 5.  This is a beautifully furnished semi-detached property located in a modern housing area, close to Clifden town. Upon entering the property, you are met with a modern and bright décor and high-quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The accommodation is over two levels. The kitchen, dining area, living room, WC and utility area are on the ground floor level. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathrooms.

The bright entrance hall leads to the spacious combined kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes all necessary equipment for your self-catering stay, including oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. The rear garden and decked area can be accessed from the combined kitchen and dining room. The living room can be accessed from the dining area, or from the hallway. It includes comfortable modern furniture, electric fire, and multi-channel smart TV. A WC and utility area with washing machine and dryer complete the ground floor accommodation. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The main bathroom is spacious, fully tiled, and includes bath, WC & sink. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, an en suite bathroom with electric shower, sink and WC. The second bedroom is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom is a single bedroom. The property is heated throughout by an oil heating system.  Bed linen and towels are provided.  Electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Sorry, no pets. The property is not suitable young children, toddlers and babies. No baby and toddler equipment available.  Children over 7 years old are welcome to stay. Parking is available for two cars. Short breaks are available.

A security deposit of €200 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
