The property is ideally situated just a short drive from Clifden and Ballyconneely and is close to Mannin beach and the Coral Stand. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to sit, relax and take in the sea view which is framed by the beautiful twelve bens mountains. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed at this property, with its private location and stunning views.

4 bedrooms, sleeps 12. The accommodation in this spacious property is on one level and consists of an entrance hall, a large, combined kitchen and dining room, a sitting room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Wi-fi is available and the property offers all modern conveniences.
Ground Floor:
Entry to the property is via the front door, which leads into the bright and spacious entrance hall with open fireplace. From here access the living room, which opens onto the kitchen, dining area. This splendid space is spacious yet cosy. It is well furnished, includes a large solid fuel stove, and offers wonderful ocean views from the large windows. It is well furnished with a large comfortable couch and armchair and upright piano, no TV. The perfect space for the whole family to enjoy, have a sing song, cosy up in front of the stove. The external patio and outdoor furniture can be directly accessed from this room. The fitted kitchen includes all modern conveniences, including a beautiful modern range oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The dining area can comfortably seat 8 guests.
Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom, with king size bed and large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, WC and sink. This room is well furnished with wardrobes, drawers, lockers, and lamps.
Bedrooms 2 is a double room again with ample storage, this room has a loft with children’s twin beds. The loft is accessible via a steep ladder.
Bedroom 3 is a twin bed room with two single beds and foldaway beds stored underneath.
Bedroom 4 is a kid’s bedroom with a triple bunk. These beds are not suitable for adults.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath, WC and sink, the other with a large shower, WC and sink.
The property is centrally heated throughout by a geothermal- solar underfloor heating system. It includes underfloor heating on ground floor level, and radiators in all rooms on the upper floor. Heating, electricity, and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels are provided. Travel cot available. Sorry no pets! EV Charger. Parking is available on site for up to three cars.
A security deposit of €300 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
