The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary equipment including dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster. The dining area is bright and airy and offers large table and chairs, large windows, and sea views.  The living room area is furnished with large comfortable sofas and chairs, a wood burning stove, and flat screen multi-channel TV. The utility room houses the washer and dryer and additional storage. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas have timber flooring. All bedrooms are carpeted, and all bathrooms are tiled.

Bedroom 1 looks on to the front garden and offers sea views. It has a king size bed, fitted mirrored wardrobes, lockers and lamps, an en-suite bathroom with electric shower.

Bedroom 2 offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom with power shower, wardrobes and drawers, lockers and lamps, and views to the rear of the property and the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom 3 faces onto the front of the property, offering sea views, a double bed, wardrobe and drawers, and en-suite bathroom with electric shower.

The house is surrounded by large gardens and driveway. Entry is via electric gates. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. Garden furniture and BBQ are available. Linens and towels are provided. Hot water is heated via solar panels, ensuring there is always a good supply of hot water for guests. Wi-Fi included. The property is oil centrally heated throughout. Heating and electricity are charged on usage by meter reading, and costs are payable directly to the owner prior to departure. Cot & highchair available. No smoking. Sorry, no pets.
