Here you can enjoy views of Errisbeg Hill, take a leisurely stroll to the beautiful Atlantic coastline, explore the village and surrounds, or continue to Roundstone’s famous white sandy beaches at Gurteen and Dogs Bay, just 2.5km away.  Enjoy leisurely walks and cycles at the nearby Connemara Greenway, which is accessible at Ballynahinch, or walk the nearby Inishnee Island loop walk. There are numerous trails and driving routes to explore in the region, including the well-known Roundstone Bog Road and along the Wild Atlantic Way.  Sea fishing and boat tours are available locally, golf is available at the nearby Connemara Golf Links course at Ballyconneely, and Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away. Facilities:
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – Sleeps 8. The accommodation is over two levels and includes a combined kitchen, dining and living room, four bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and a main bathroom. Wi-fi is available and the property offers all modern conveniences.

The welcoming entrance leads into a beautiful interior designed contemporary living space, which includes a modern kitchen and dining area, and a bright and spacious living room space, all offering luxury and comfort and the promise of a relaxing self-catering stay. The dining area offers ample seating for 8 adults – a perfect space to enjoy meals you have prepared in the modern kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, electric hob, and electric cooker with grill. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a utility area nestled under the custom build staircase which leads to the mezzanine area and master bedroom on the upper floor. This entire living space feels spacious and airy, with vaulted ceilings, and is flooded with natural light from the windows and roof lights. The lighting is further enhanced by the beautifully positioned pendant and wall lights installed in this luxurious build.

The sleeping accommodation consists of four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the spacious master bedroom located on the upper floor. It includes a king-size bed, ample storage for clothing and belongings, and a luxuriously finished en-suite bathroom with shower, W.C and sink. The remaining three bedrooms are on the ground floor level of the property.  Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 both offer a double bed and bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom, with two single beds. Ample clothing storage is available in all bedrooms. The main bathroom is located adjacent to the ground floor bedrooms, and includes a shower over bath, WC and sink.

Due to the design of the property, it is unsuitable for babies, toddlers and young children. Children over 8 years old are accepted at this property.

The property is centrally heated with underfloor heating, from an efficient air to water heat pump system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Utilities are included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is included. Not suitable for children and babies under 8 years old. Parking is available for up to three cars. Pets are not allowed. Short breaks are available year-round.

A security deposit of €200 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
