3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – Sleeps 4. The accommodation is over two levels and includes a small but fully equipped kitchen, living room, three bedrooms one ensuite, main family bathroom and WC. Wi-fi is available and the property offers all modern conveniences.
Entry from the front door into the beautifully restored sitting room with comfort seating, TV and an original fireplace with a turf/wood burning stove. Off the living room is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including washer/dryer, cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed, underfloor heating and ensuite with shower, shower and WC. Also, downstairs is the main family bathroom with bath, sink and WC. Upstairs there are two single attic bedrooms which access to a WC upstairs. Externally there is a garden to the front of the cottage whilst to the rear there is a patio area with outdoor seating and a built-in grill that can be used to barbeque. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are welcome. Cot and highchair available on request. Smoking is not allowed. Utilities included. Electricity charged on usage from October to April. Wi-Fi included. Parking is available for two cars.
A security deposit of €200 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
