The upper floor accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Appliances include dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric cooker, and electric hob. The living room area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a SMART TV, and solid fuel stove. The external shed houses a washing machine and dryer. The dining area, which has an extendable round table, can accommodate 4/5 persons and looks out on to the rear garden area of the property. A spacious double bedroom with ample storage and main family bathroom with WC, sink and shower complete the downstairs accommodation. Patio doors from the dining room leads to the outdoor patio with outdoor seating overlooking a large green area for you to enjoy.
The upper floor is accessed by a staircase from the living room.
