Situated in a peaceful setting, surrounded by natural garden and wildflowers and offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Ideally situated close to white sandy beaches, the property is also just a short drive from nearby villages of Tullycross, Tully, and Letterfrack, which offer grocery stores, bars, restaurants and cafés, and will provide you with everything you need for your self-catering stay.
Connemara National Park can be accessed from Letterfrack village. The park boasts wonderful hill and woodland trails for all to enjoy. Kylemore Abbey and Victorian Gardens is also nearby and offers a wonderful experience for visitors. Boat tours are available close by at Killary Fjord and Letterfrack Bay.
Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are just a short distance from a selection of beautiful sandy beaches and activities including fishing, hill walking, hiking, boat tours, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more.
Facilities:
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms – Sleeps 8. The accommodation is over two levels and includes a large kitchen combined living and dining room, four bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, main bathroom and separate play area/living space. Wi-fi is available and the property offers all modern conveniences.
The welcoming entrance leads into a beautifully designed living space, with comfy couches for all, flat screen TV and wood burning stove. The living area is combined with the dining area with large dining table the perfect space to enjoy meals whilst looking out at the breath-taking sea views. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, gas hob and cooker.
The sleeping accommodation consists of four bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the spacious master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both doubles, with double beds and ample storage for your clothing. Bedroom 4 is upstairs and again is a double. There is a play area/second living room also upstairs. The main family bathroom is downstairs with WC, large shower and sink. Externally the property is surrounded by beautiful gardens with a lawn area to the front whereas to the side of the house you can enjoy wild birds enjoying the ponds and flowers, (caution needed with Children). The cottage has all mod cons and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. Owners live next door in separate house so if you need any help or need anything they are nearby.
The property is heated throughout by an oil heating system. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and oil charged on usage at the house, wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Sorry, no pets. Cot and highchair available by request. Parking is available for up to three cars.
A security deposit of €200 is required for this property. Our reservations team will arrange this with guests prior to arrival. Pre-authorisation of a payment card will be required.
